Position 1: Storekeeper (Male/Female)
Job Description
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the hotel’s inventory and ensuring proper storage and distribution of items. This role is very important for maintaining accurate stock records and preventing shortages or losses.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, checking, and recording goods supplied to the hotel
Keeping proper inventory records of food items, cleaning materials, and hotel supplies
Issuing items to departments based on approved requests
Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times
Reporting damaged or expired items to management
Assisting management with stock taking and inventory audits
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification
Basic knowledge of record keeping
Ability to read and write clearly
Honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail
Prior experience as a storekeeper is an added advantage but not compulsory
Position 2: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure that rooms and hotel facilities are kept clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising housekeeping staff and assigning daily duties
Ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
Inspecting rooms to meet hotel standards before guest use
Managing cleaning supplies and reporting shortages
Training housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures

Requirements
